The 2025 outreach demonstrated the growing capacity of the Ikale World Congress to deliver large-scale, specialized healthcare interventions in underserved communities.

The program was designed as a strategic, decentralized, and highly specialized medical intervention. The IWC mobilized top medical professionals across multiple specialties to deliver advanced surgical procedures, diagnostics, and preventive care simultaneously across several locations. Beneficiaries were drawn from Ikale communities and neighbouring towns across the Southwest.
